1. OUR SERVICES

Magical Coast LLC provides professional private chauffeur transportation throughout Central Florida, including airport transfers, resort transportation, corporate travel, hourly chauffeur service, special events, and other pre-arranged transportation.

All transportation is provided by reservation only.

2. RESERVATION REQUESTS

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability.

A reservation becomes confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Magical Coast LLC.

We reserve the right to decline any reservation request at our discretion.

3. PRICING

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Extra stops

• Extended waiting time

• Changes requested after confirmation

• Additional mileage

• Special requests

• Parking fees

• Tolls

• Airport fees when applicable

Any additional charges will be communicated whenever possible before the service is completed.

4. PAYMENTS

Payment may be required before or at the completion of service depending on the reservation.

We accept approved payment methods shown during the booking process.

Returned payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions may result in cancellation of future services.

5. FLIGHT MONITORING

When flight information is provided, we make reasonable efforts to monitor delays and early arrivals.

Customers remain responsible for providing accurate flight information.

Magical Coast LLC is not responsible for airline schedule changes beyond our control.

6. WAITING TIME

Airport pickups include a reasonable complimentary waiting period after the flight has landed.

For other reservations, waiting time begins at the scheduled pickup time.

Additional waiting time may be billed according to our current rates.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Passengers agree to:

• Arrive at the scheduled pickup location on time.

• Wear seat belts whenever the vehicle is in motion.

• Treat the vehicle respectfully.

• Follow all applicable laws.

• Avoid behavior that may distract the driver or create an unsafe environment.

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party.

8. VEHICLE CONDITION

Magical Coast LLC maintains vehicles to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and reliability.

In rare situations involving maintenance, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle.

9. CANCELLATIONS

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Magical Coast LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Traffic congestion

• Road closures

• Weather conditions

• Airline schedule changes

• Government actions

• Vehicle accidents involving other parties

• Mechanical failures beyond reasonable control

• Events considered force majeure

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected reservation to the maximum extent permitted by Florida law.

11. LOST ITEMS

Passengers are responsible for checking the vehicle before exiting.

Although we make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering lost property, Magical Coast LLC is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

All text, logos, graphics, photographs, and content on this website remain the property of Magical Coast LLC unless otherwise stated.
